Products and Delivery

Prompt Dealers sells digital products in the form of downloadable files. Upon completing a purchase through Gumroad, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased product. All sales are for personal or professional use by the individual purchaser.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Prompt Dealers product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own personal or business purposes. You may:

• Use the prompts with any AI tool for personal or business tasks
• Modify the prompts for your own use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt files as your own product
• Upload or publish the prompt files publicly in any form
• Include the prompts in another product or service offered to others without written permission

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at support@promptdealers.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on promptdealers.com including text, design, graphics, and the prompt files themselves are the intellectual property of Prompt Dealers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts. AI tools can produce unpredictable outputs and results will vary based on the tool used, the version of the model, and how the user interacts with it. Prompt Dealers is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our prompts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Dealers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Third Party Services

Purchases are processed through Gumroad. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service. Prompt Dealers is not responsible for the actions or policies of Gumroad or any other third party service.

Third Party AI Tools

Prompt Dealers is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI company. The use of our prompts with third party AI tools is subject to the terms of service of those respective platforms. We are not responsible for any changes to AI tools that may affect how our prompts perform.
